Welcome to The Balance Point — a space where I post regularly on all things spiritual and esoteric in a quest to uncover the meaning of life and how all the pieces fit together in this intricate jigsaw puzzle we call existence.
The Balance Point emerged from a realisation of non-duality: the understanding that there is no absolute good or evil—these are only the meanings and labels we assign based on our perspectives. This is the essence of “the fall” described in the book of Genesis, where humanity chose to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil—the tree of duality.
In truth, everything simply is. Beyond judgment, beyond dualism—there is only presence, awareness, and being. This is the realm of alchemical manifestation, where desires emerge effortlessly into being.
It is our destiny to return to that place of non-duality—to become the balance of all things. Not one or the other, but the whole. The everything. The ONE.
If everything is One, then by healing myself, I can contribute to healing the collective. This is the essence of what we’re here to do:
To raise our frequency.
To remember who we are.
To shift the vibration of the universe itself.
This mission is ambitious, yes—but deeply noble. And I believe it requires all hands on deck.

A little about me…

Hi, I’m Zandile and I live in sunny South Africa. I’m a single mom of four, and my children are my greatest joy. When I’m not doing school runs or household chores, I spend my time reading spiritual books and journaling. My hobbies include soapmaking, sewing, and gardening—anything that lifts my vibration.
This blog grew organically as an outlet for the ideas and insights I gather each day. My intention is to create a space where we can share our spiritual journeys, inspire one another, and send ripples of positive energy throughout the universe.
“Namaste” — a Sanskrit greeting meaning “I bow to you” — carries a deeper truth: “The divine in me honours the divine in you.” In my native tongue, we say “Makhosi”, meaning “Great Ones.”
So with reverence I say to you — Makhosi.
